The reception had no one present at peak hours!!! Communication issues with cleaning staff made asking questions difficult!!! Elevators not working properly can lead to dangerous situations!!! Soundproofing in rooms needs serious improvements!!!

Quiet location yet very convenient for exploring.
The shower door was broken during my stay, which made it awkward to shower. I reported the issue to the staff, but no effort was made to resolve it. Additionally, the automated check-in process felt impersonal and the absence of a proper towel rack left me frustrated.

Check-in was smooth, and I loved the flexibility that came with self-check-in. The apartment felt spacious. it had a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge, oven, and enough utensils for cooking. Having a separate dining area really set a relaxed vibe throughout our stay. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to central attractions and nearby grocery stores for snacks. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee, which was a nice touch. However, there were a couple of issues that dampened the experience. The shower door was broken, which made showering less comfortable. Although I reported it, no action was taken during our stay. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning turned our nights a bit uncomfortable due to humidity. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, but those improvements could make it exceptional.

We had a fantastic time here with friends. The location was spot on, just a short walk to central attractions. Rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for our group of 11. We loved the comfortable beds and enjoyed dinner around the big table in the apartment. Highly recommend for group trips!
One downside was the limited front desk hours, which made it tricky when we needed help with luggage storage.

The room was nice, really clean, and had great showers. I liked that the sink was in the main area and not in the bathroom. It was a bit of a walk to the old town, but the fridge was handy when I asked staff for one. They also answered quickly when I needed anything.
